Brumfield	July 7 - 11, 1865 1865 July 7 Finished getting up wheat Plowing on Branch etc. 8th Choping corn on creek Mr Bybee sent me 6 lambs but did not quite get get done Plowing & finished corn on Branch getting up oats this morning Negroes plowing their corn today Hot fair weather, my old sow & 9 yearling Hogs put in Rye & at this morning — 9th. Put up 2 stacks oats this morning Halled up flax Negroes plowing their corn etc. I went to meeting S.S.
