Attempted to transcribe this table but too difficult without lines.
11/11/23 Attempted to transcribe this page of tables but found it impossible to enter without lines to follow.
I also tried to complete this as a table following "More help..." Table encoding. I too found this too difficult. So therefore not yet completed. Helen well done for having 2 goes at this page!
