Ordered by the Court that the receipt of attorney
Stephenson be recorded on the Minutes of the
Court and that said executor E. W. Harper be
fully discharged from the further administration
of the estate [of] Josiah Stephenson, deceased.
The State of Texas,
County of Newton } Received of E. W. Harper, executor of
the estate of Josiah Stephenson, deceased, all the remaining
part of the estate of said decedent, after praying
all the liabilities of said estate, to wit, one negro
man named Ben, one negro woman named Cherry,
one negro woman named Fereley, one negro girl
named Sarah, one negro girl named Sing, one
negro boy named Elijah, this, the 18th day of
September A. D. 1858.
