the foregoing acknowledgement of relinquishment and renun
ciation of dower by the said Judith wife of the said David Cal-
away made as aforesaid, was taken and made by her the said
Judith under her hand and seal, separately and apart from her
husband, at the county aforesaid this twenty seventh day of
January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and forty. And that at the same time, the above named David
Callway came before me and acknowledged that he executed
the within deed freely for the purposes therein expressed.
