Dear Sir

In reply to your form 14th would say that I can not accept your proposition.

If you will give me $300.00 I will give you a Deed signed by all of my mothers Family [underlined](warrantes Deed)[underlined] as to the Deed to Triplet it does not amt to anything, it is only Signed by John C King.

Mr. Triplet never complied with [deleted]his con[deleted] the Contract he was to gain the property for the Lots Deeded him, which I have got his Letter Showing.
