I received your letter and
the Deed several days ago
but have not had the
change to go to a Notry
to sign the deed yet but
will go to one in a few
days if one does not come
down here we are looking
for one here some time the
last of the week. tell Wm
that I will chill it in
few days. we have been
in a pretty close place
Julia will tell you all
about it as she leaves
this morning for Orange
