Dear Brother

I received your letter and the Deed several days ago but have not had the change to go to a Notry to sign the deed yet but will go to one in a few days if one does not come down here we are looking for one here some time the last of the week. tell Wm that I will chill it in few days. we have been in a pretty close place Julia will tell you all about it as she leaves this morning for Orange

you spoke of the royalty on the patent shingle packing Miller commenced to use it in October 1890 Just after he got through sawing my timber at that time and has put up all the shingles that he has made since by it. I owe him some thing about $100.00 I want to pay out of it and then you can pay any taxes and the R & son Taxes then give the balance to me Wm Stark will tell you how much he drew S on it and you can collect that also. the family are all well and send love to you all. I will write again on friday.
