Adminstrators of the estate of Berry Sherrod deed
vs
The Heirs & Legatees of said Berry Sherrod deed
To the Honorable Eggleston W Shownes Chancellor of the Northern Chancery
Division of the state of Alabama, sitting for the 27th Chancery District
thereof
Samuel W Shackelford v Charled H Sherrod administrators with the
will annexed of the Estate of feud Benjamin Sherrod deceased respectfully
represent to your Honor that they are satisfied that the Estate of said
deceased Testator is solvent & they hereby so refront it;
They therefore ask that an order of distribution be granted to them
as to all that portion of the Estate of said Testator& that they be allowed
& authorised to deliver the property so specifically [?] & bequathed to
the persons entitled, thereto. And for the names of the heirs [?]
of said Estate of said deceased, Testator said administrators refer
to their statement thereof on file in this cause.

To the Han Eggleston W Shownes Chancellor of the Nrthern Chan-
cery Division of the State of Alabama sitting for the 27th Chancery
Division of the said state.
Samuel W Shackelfors & Charles H Sherrod administrators with
the will annexed of the Estate of said Benjamin Sherrod deceased re-
spectfully, represents to your Honor that they are satisfied that the
Estate of said deceased Testator is solvent & they hereby [?] [?] it
They therefore ask an order of distribution of the following
portion of the property of said Testator not disposed in his said
will; That is to say the following negro slaves [?] Sylva, Wolly,
Lucy, Harriet, Elizabeth who are women - Salina, Kitty, Adaline,
Harriet, Elizabeth& Patience, who are girls - Henry, Zach, Daniel,
Gandy & Wilson, who are men - Jack, Gillbert, Glaibutrn, Latham
& Harrison, who are boys - Liston & Gina who are twins & Chils
not named, who are children (twenty four in number) and also
the following mules & horses which are not devised in said wll
20 mules, 14 horses & calfs, 4 mares, 1 mare calf, & 1 calf
3 mule calfs, and also 4 Jacks, 3 [?], & 1 stallion which
[?] given in said will as common stock to all Testators children
and at the same time they ask that your Honor shall
designate in said order of distribution which of the Heirs & Legatees
