of the United States present and presiding the

procedings were had to wit.

Britt, Elijah King and Joseph R Smith agree to
pay the State of Alabama One Thousand dollars
(the sum prescribed by the Honorable H D
Clayton Judge of the 8th Judicial Circuit of the State
of Alabama) unless the said L.W Pynes appears
at the next term of the Circuit Court of Henry County
and from term to term thereafter until discharged
by Law, to answer a criminal prosecution
for the Offence of Murder -
