vs Joseph Camp, had and determined in said
county court as well as a full true and correct transcript
of all the proceedings of a suit had and determined
in the Circuit Court of said County in
which Joseph Camp was Plaintiff and John
English was defendant so far as I have been enabled
to obtain fromthe records & files of said Circuit
court in said cause but have not been enabled to
obtain all the papers and records in said cause in
said circuit court.
In testimony whereof I have here -
unto set my hand and seal of said
county court at office this 22nd
day of February A.D. 1847.

And the said Plff. in error comes
and says that in the records of the proceedings and
giving of Judgment in the county court in this
cause manifest error hath intervened in this, court,
1. Said County Court erred in the matter of
the Bill of Exceptions.
2.Said court erred in rendering judgment
against said Plff. in error.
3. Said Court erred in the various
decisions and charges, as set out in the bill
of exceptions - wherefore the said Plaintiff in
error prays that the said Judgment of the county
court may be reversed annulled & held for nought
