This day came the parties by
their attorneys and the defendant
having filed his pleas and
issues being joined, therefore cause
a Jury of good and lawful men towit, John
A. Brown and eleven others, who being duly
elected tried and sworn well and truly to try the
issue joined upon their oaths do say that we the
Jury find a verdict in favour of the Plaintiff
under the charge of the court and evidence and
assess his damages at Eight hundred and Eighteen
dollars - It is therefore considered by the court
that the Plaintiff recover of the defendant the
said sum of Eight hundred and Eighteen dollars
damages so by the Jury aforesaid assessed to gather
with the costing this behalf expended for which at
execution issue.
