hundred dollars and thirty five cents upon and for
which suit is now pending in the Circuit Court for
Talladega County in favour of Joseph Camp vs.
John English and oath having also being made
that the said John English is about to dispose of his
property fraudulently with intent to avoid the payment
of the debt sued for, and that an attachment
is prayed to be sued out in aid of said suit at
law and the said Joseph Camp having given
bond and security, according to the act is such
case made and approved - and the said
Joseph Camp having further made oath that
this attachment is not sued out for the purpose
of vexing or harrassing the said defendant -
we therefore command you in the name and
by the authority of the State of Alabama that
you attach so much of the estate of the said
John English if to be found in your county
(replevial on security) as shall be of value
sufficient to satisfy the said debt and cost according
to the complaint and such estate so
attached in your hands to secure or so provide
that the same may be liable to further proceedings
thereupon to be had at the next time of
the circuit court in said county to be held
at the Court House thereof on the sixth monday
after the fourth monday in March next A.D.
1841 so as to compel the said John English to
appear and answer to the above complaint
when and where you shall make known how
you have executed this writ - Given under my
hand and seal this 18th day of November
