administrators or assigns. for which payment
well and trulyto be made we bind ourselves and each
of us, and each of our heirs, executors, and adminstrators,
jointly and severally, firmly by these present
sealed with our seals, and dated this day of
in the year of our Lord 1840.
The condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the above bounden Joseph Camp hath the
day of the date hereof prayed an attached, at
the suit of Joseph Camp against the estate of the
above named John English for the sum of five
hundred dollars and thirty five cents sworn to
be due; and hath obtained the same returnable to
the next time of the court for Talladega County
to be held at the Court House thereof on the
sixth monday after the fourth monday in
March next A.D. 1841 -
Now if the said Joseph Camp shall pay
the defendant all such damages and costs as
he may sustain by the wrongful suing [?]
attachment then this bond to be void otherwise
to continue in full force. -
