The State of Alabama
Personally appeared before the undersigned Joseph
Camp who being duly sworn deposeth and saith
that John English is justly indebted to the said
Joseph Camp in the sum of five hundred 35/100
dollars due fourteenth day of March A.D. 1837 by
account upon and for which suit is now pending
in the Circuit Court of said county in favour of
Joseph Camp vs John English and that the
said John English is about to dispose of his property
fraudulently with intent to avoid the payment of
the debt sued for, and that this attachment is prayed
to be sued out in aid of said suit at law. And the
said Joseph Camp further makes oath that this
attachment is not sued out for the purpose of
vexing or harrassing the said defendant.
Subscribed and sworn to 18th day of of November
