the Probate of the last Will and testament of
Elijah Miller decd. and came also the defts
the said Mary & Sarah Wright being daughters
and heirs at Law of said Miller to
assist the probate of said Will before said
Court and issue being joined by the parties
and a Jury being empannelled by the Court
to pass on the validity of said last will and
testament the said pltf produced before the Court
a paper purporting to be the last will and
Testament of said E.Miller and to be signed
by him& to be attested by William. S. [Minee?]
Drury M. Wright & William Morrow as
subicuting witnesses of which what follows is
A Copy. The Last will and testament of
Elijah Miller decd.

whereas Elijah Miller
of the State &
County aforesaid do this the fourteenth
day of February in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and thirty seven Now G
Elijah Miller of the State and County aforesaid
Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life
and being of sound mind and memory (bless
be the Almighty God for the same do make and
publish this my last will and testament in
manner and form following that is to say
1. I bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary Miller
during her natural life two negroes viz. a boy named
[Mere?] and a girl named Sarah with all
future increase and after her death I give the
above named property to my beloved son
Thomas B Miller and his assigns forever
2. I give and bequeath unto my beloved Son.
