To the Honorable

The Legislature of the State of Wisconsin The undersigned, citizens of Joint School Districts of Chester, Waupun and the Village of Waupun sought to be consolidated by Bill No. 241S do most earnestly remonstrate against the passage of an act consolidating any or all of said Districts without the consent of a majority of the voters of each such District so sought to be consolidated and against the authorization of the building of a High School building in said village without the consent of each and every school District made liable to be taxed for such purpose.
