To the Hon. The Legislature of the State of Wisconsin.

We the undersigned residents freeholders and tax payers with School District No 6 in the Town of Algoma do respectfully and earnestly remonstrate against the passage of Senate Bill entitled on A Bill to authorize the erection of a Public Hall with a School House in School District No 6 in the Town of Algoma and to incorporate the Algoma Hall association.

And beg leave to state that at a meeting of the electors of school district the construction of the Hall mentioned in said Bill was considered and swore than had hands of such meeting voted against allowing the construction of such Hall with the school House to be erected in said District. And the undersigned further state that as they really believe a large majority of the residents of said district are strongly opposed to the passage of said Bill and the construction
