Dear Brother
I have long neglected
writeing to you it was for whant
of time therefore hope you will
pardon me, the counterpain you
wrote me about please buy un
less you can get one more reas
onable as it is not for my self -
and as I have no good newse to tell
let me tell the bad (VSL) all the Cattle
look very poorly, and the young
Lambs are Dying very fast, in-
consequence of the grass eing so
scarce the Ewes have no milk for
their Lambs there fore fear most
of them will Die and that is
the benifit of graising we are all
pritty well at present and join
in love to you -
