The State of Alabama Shelby County

Schedule of the property of George
Bishop who is imprisoned in the county
Jail for non payment of fine & was
1^st he Says he had 2 notes, which he left in
Couso County of this State in his Trunk
in the possession of Nathaniel Ford
the first note was for Sixty Six or Seven
dollars Signed by Wyatte Ford. due this affiant
thirty in October 1855. the other for for Twenty
five dollars Signed by Nathaniel Ford and
past due. he Says he has a Trunk or did
have. when he left Couso.
And he further says he has no other estate
either real or personal in possession or in
expectancy or in action liable to execution
with in the State of Alabama to pay said
fine & cost or any part thereof
wherefor he claims discharge.
