Dear Sir.
Enclosed please find the "Original"
voucher N44 of Jamse{&?] Eddy; which you [require?] in your memorandum
or list of exceptions to my 3rd [illegible] last quarter [illegible]
of 1863, sent to Hon J [illegible] Browne to [illegible] and
report to you [illegible], and which I neglected to give
Mr. Browne. Alas I enclose to you some
other voucher which were laid away by my
clerk in a different place among other pa
pers [papers] [&?] have been thus delayed. These vouch
ers [vouchers] were taken in my absence by my
clerk and Supervisor [Bryson?] hence the
delay ; I hope however it will casuse no
inconvenience to you because of the delay.
I alas enclose you the No. of the differ
ent [different] packages of goods turned over to [illegible]
